Everything you need to set up MetricsStudio and the optional RemoteAgent — from the first launch to license activation.
⬇ Download MetricsStudioMetricsStudio runs on Windows (x64) and is published as an MSI installer package — the installation creates a Start Menu entry, no additional .NET runtime needs to be installed.
Settings, tile order, and recorded logs are stored under
%AppData%\MetricsStudio — your Windows user account's application data. There
is no cloud synchronization; all files remain local on the machine running MetricsStudio.
To watch processes or the system load of another Windows machine, install the MetricsStudio.RemoteAgent there — a separate, lightweight MSI package with no user interface of its own. MetricsStudio then connects to the agent from your machine and can watch any number of targets on that machine at the same time.
Trusted network assumed: The connection between MetricsStudio and the RemoteAgent is designed for use within a trusted internal network. Only install the agent on machines you want to allow an observation connection to.
Each watched tile can have its own warning thresholds for CPU, memory, and network — when exceeded, the tile visibly changes color.
How many seconds or minutes the live chart of every tile shows can be configured centrally in the settings and applies to all tiles.
Tiles can be freely reordered with up/down buttons; the order is saved permanently.
MetricsStudio can be tried in full for 14 days. A one-time license per workstation (tied to a hardware fingerprint of your device) unlocks MetricsStudio permanently after the trial ends; activation happens online via the INSPIRED SOFTWARE license server.
Redeeming your license key: You receive the license key after purchase; activation is tied to the respective device and can be transferred to a new device on request.
